hi andy
just wondering whether you are able to get peoples bio of themselves then you can create each persons own page. i have managed to do most of the links, on the page, etc. but if you can do this that would be great, so far i have had no feedback from people about what they want on their page you might have better luck.
Hello!! Just checked out the website you've set up-looks good. Was just wondering though, it said the exhibitions on at the Royal Star Arcade, has that been decided on? Or was it put in just for the mean time?

Action needed from all of you
I have produced a web site this evening that has the work of the 24 students who were on the flyer. Each image thumbnail is clickable and goes to a page with a large version of that image, and space for a description of the work/artist. At the moment this is blank and it is up to you what information you would like to go on your page. Please comment here with a paragraph and your name (I'm not familiar with your web aliases sorry) and I'll edit your page.

also about putting peoples work online, tony has produced a brochure with peoples work front and back to be handed out at the cinema, putting something like this online would be a good thing to do.
as for domain names perhaps that is something we need to decide as a group.
Response to website info...
Hi Andy,
I agree with keeping the website something that is simple, which means it can be updated quickly too.
I spoke to Mark Beer from I.T yesterday about setting up a ucreative e-mail account, he said that shouldn't be a problem as long as the name is something easily distinguished so it can't be something like photography@ucreative.....etc
it would be good if we had a theme as a title, or perhaps we could simply have;
endofyear@ucreative.ac.uk (let me know what you think?)
also if we set a web hosting account with streamline.net (who i use for my own site) then we can do a 3 months free trial (there is a domain name registration fee of a around £11)
